Useful

The containers are sized well and store compactly. Reheating leftovers takes a bit longer in the microwave than plastic, and may require stirring during the process. Still, the containers are non-toxic, light-weight and easy to clean after use. They do seem to vacuum seal in the refrigerator, which is great for retaining freshness, but may require you to open the lid vent to break the seal before opening the container. All in all, I am very pleased with the purchase.

I got these for my husband to replace our plastic tupperware and they are awesome! Love the large size that fits his big lunches. He has not had any spilling issues. I like that they can be microwaved though he does not usually use that feature .

Worth It!

Decided to switch from plastic bento to a glass or metal one to avoid microplastics. Found these glass bentos that look excatly like my plastic ones. I ordered 3, they arrived very quickly and well packaged. It does take a wee bit longer to heat food in glass vs plastic but it's worth it. Also love the little fork and spoon set that comes with it

was satisfied til I wasn't

Bought product months ago. Used it semi regularly. Then, the largest bowl, i either used it to microwave steam veggies with the lid or I dishwashed the lid but now it no longer snaps closed. I contacted customer service to purchase a lid and their response was they don't sell lids. No sorry, no that's unfortunate. Just a plain and simple no. I wanted to support companies not of the big box ilk, but the big box stores customer service would have helped me more. Which is surprising. I do not recommend their products purely on how they took my money once and have no desire to retain me for repeat purchases. Best of luck Genicook. BEST.

Silicon coat needs to be stronger

The glass, being encased with silicon. Great for not burning hands coming out of microwave. However when i washed it it tore.

With your glass bowls, it's very nice to know that we will no longer be eating nano plastics and other plastic bits which happens when you store warm, or even cold leftovers, in plastic bags and plastic containers. I can still remember the plastic bags of leftover spaghetti sauce in the freezer. Even Copilot Artificial Intelligence, on the Edge Browser, says your Borosilicate Glass is best for storing and freezing food.
