from 674 reviewsLove that they stack to store and save space. Truly do go from fridge to microwave to dishwasher. Love them!
Genicook Microwave-Safe Stainless Steel Container (Rectangle) (27, 41, or 61 Ounces)
I ordered 2 rectangular, 41 oz, stainless-steel pans because they seemed like a good idea for storing foods that stain plastic bins. They were a little smaller than I anticipated, but they are still useful. I like the locking silicone lids with the vent. Now for the amazing part: you can actually microwave in them. Makes it really convenient to store food then microwave in the same container to reheat. They are dishwasher safe but also easy to hand-wash. I may order a larger round pan in the future.
At 75 years old I've learned a new trick. The Genicook pans work great in the microwave. This adds another way to avoid plastics and coated paper plates in the microwave. Unlike glass no chance of dropping and breaking these pans. I was surprised that the lids didn't go into the microwave (it's a good thing that I actually read the instructions first). With the little vent on the top I assumed they would: however I discovered that the vent was to create a super seal on the lid to the pan and must be opened to remove the lid. Over all I'm very pleased with this product and will be giving gifts to friends and family to spread the joy.
I bought these to cook my FACTOR meals in. They come in plastic and I don’t like using plastic in the microwave. These are perfect. I put the side dish in the small container and the entree in the medium one.
Very well made and attractive
NICE CONTAINERS. ESP LIKE THE SNAP LIDS. ALSO THE SQUARE ONES HAVE SILICONE WRAPPINGS THAT CAN BE REMOVED.
Genicook Microwave-Safe Stainless Steel Container (Rectangle) (27, 41, or 61 Ounces)
Was hesitant to put in my microwave oven but finally did. Stood by the microwave to watch for arcing but the pot didn't do that at all! Will be purchasing more!
The 61 ounces Our great for storing leftovers!
With your glass bowls, it's very nice to know that we will no longer be eating nano plastics and other plastic bits which happens when you store warm, or even cold leftovers, in plastic bags and plastic containers. I can still remember the plastic bags of leftover spaghetti sauce in the freezer. Even Copilot Artificial Intelligence, on the Edge Browser, says your Borosilicate Glass is best for storing and freezing food. We are considering getting more of your glass bowls, to replace all our unhealthy plastic containers. Thanks for leading the way to better health.
No more splattered food and no more dried out food. I put whatever I am heating up in the metal pan and install the cover with the vent open. I wish that I would have found these a long time ago.
Food in that round container works as well as the others!
This is the most beautiful, practical and hygienic juice juicer I have ever seen, and owned. I am getting other two for presents :)
I never thought that microwave using stainless containers doing those works great.
