Decided to switch from plastic bento to a glass or metal one to avoid microplastics. Found these glass bentos that look excatly like my plastic ones. I ordered 3, they arrived very quickly and well packaged. It does take a wee bit longer to heat food in glass vs plastic but it's worth it. Also love the little fork and spoon set that comes with it
Bought product months ago. Used it semi regularly. Then, the largest bowl, i either used it to microwave steam veggies with the lid or I dishwashed the lid but now it no longer snaps closed. I contacted customer service to purchase a lid and their response was they don't sell lids. No sorry, no that's unfortunate. Just a plain and simple no. I wanted to support companies not of the big box ilk, but the big box stores customer service would have helped me more. Which is surprising. I do not recommend their products purely on how they took my money once and have no desire to retain me for repeat purchases. Best of luck Genicook. BEST.

This juicer is exactly what I was looking for. I bought one for my son and one for me! Easy to use and easy to clean. All around good product. Well worth the price.
These stainless steel pans are great because they keep food stored in them nice and cold and can go straight from the fridge to the oven or microwave (sans lids in the oven). I noticed that the stainless steel transfers cold or heat to the food in them, which is a big plus.

My shipment arrived damaged. I emailed customer service and received a reply the next day. They asked me to take some photos of the damaged product and send them to them. I heard back the next day. They stated they were shipping me a new set of bowls. I have bought other Genicook items and have been very pleased with their products.

Several issues that Customer Service has ignored. Sent two emails and no response. First I was over charged by $5 during check-out when I was offered an additional $21 deal if I added another storage container set to my order. Second the large spaghetti-pasta storage container in the set I received has a defective container rim. The rim is deformed with a rough edge, like it was cracked during manufacture, My emails have been ignored. Think twice before buying from this company. Would give a 0 star rating if I could.
I actually really like these containers and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of both the glass and the wooden lids. The lids are coated to prevent wear which is nice and the glass is not thin or flimsy. The reason I deducted one star is for the largest size container it is inaccurate for the amount it holds. I was planning on using this to store dehydrated (powdered) dog food. I consulted what the manufacturer advertised as well as checked the packaging on my dog food and had at least a cup of food that wouldn’t fit.
I really like these I think the only downside to them is one of them being very tall at-least for my cabinets. i likely will end up having to to use it on the counter. i’d compare them to ones you could get at the container store or crate and barrel; which would cost 12-25 for just one of them of the same quality. overall good quality and value for their price.
These jars are beautiful. The lids are air tight so food stays fresh longer. They also look great in the kitchen. They are made well and are priced right. I definitely will be buying more. They are so easy to clean and take care of.
