Mystery Box Contents

Each Mystery Box is packed at random by our warehouse team. Product selection, colors, sizes, styles, and item combinations cannot be chosen or customized.

Every box contains a unique assortment of products, and by purchasing a Mystery Box, you acknowledge and accept the surprise nature of this promotion.

Product Sources

Items included in Mystery Boxes may originate from:

  • Warehouse clearance stock
  • Customer-returned merchandise
  • Discontinued product lines
  • Products with damaged or imperfect outer packaging

While packaging may show signs of wear, all items are intended to be functional and suitable for normal household use.

Product Condition

Some products may display minor cosmetic imperfections, including:

  • Light scratches or surface marks
  • Packaging damage or replacement packaging
  • Minor aesthetic flaws

These imperfections are cosmetic only and do not affect the intended functionality of the products.

Returns & Exchanges

All Mystery Box purchases are final sale.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Personal preference
  • Dissatisfaction with product styles, colors, or sizes
  • Receiving duplicate items
  • Expectations differing from the contents received

Please purchase only if you are comfortable with the random assortment of products included.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or arrives defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Photos of the shipping package and packaging materials

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Promotion Availability

Mystery Boxes are offered as part of a limited warehouse clearance event and are available while supplies last.

The promotion may end or be modified without prior notice once inventory is exhausted.

Product Use & Liability

All products are intended for normal household use. Customers are encouraged to follow any applicable care, handling, and usage instructions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper use, misuse, alteration, or modification of any product included in the Mystery Box.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.
