I purchased $145. 82 of Genicook product because I thought it was exactly what I was looking for I can assure you I was very wrong. The silicone gasket that is shown on their website, it’s not the flat colored gasket you will receive. The hollow round white rubber gasket you will receive does not lay flat and flip right over the shallow rim no matter how far you stretch your hands to hold the area you already pushed down. I can’t return any of it because at the very bottom of their return page it say they do not accept returns on sale items. Note: 90% of their products on their web site is labeled as a sale item so you can’t return 90% of the product they sell. When I read that I angrily threw the boxes they came in, in the trash. I still can’t get the round gasket to seat inside of the flat area that’s not designed for a rounded gasket. What a waste of my VERY, VERY hard earned money.

I bought this product direct from Genicook end of Nov 2024. Worked great for several months. Over the past month and a half, when I remove the white silicone gasket to clean the lid, it is impossible to put back into the lip, making the product faulty. Very frustrating because it's tough to find reasonably priced glass containers. I should have read the reviews before I purchased - if you go to the Amazon reviews, there are a ton of reviews that report the same issue. I don't support Amazon so I didn't look there. Do not waste your money. I even tried freezing these silicone seals to see if they would shrink and fit, but they don't. I bought the 5 pack and no longer use any of them.
